Our productivity exceeds 1,350,000 slaughterings per year, with almost 500,000 pigs of our own production and around 6,500 tonnes of sausages and 350,000 pieces of cured ham. INDUSTRIAS CÁRNICAS MONTRONILL S.A.U. responds to the needs of global customers by offering quality, consistency and competitive pricing in its most demanded products (hearts, livers, tongues, kidneys, etc.).
We also supply noble cuts such as ham and shoulder, as well as more generic products including bacon, knuckles and various types of bones. Cured ham is produced in smaller volumes and exported selectively.
